Say where you're headed
Pick a mode and a destination before you move. Commuting home, finishing by a set time, keeping the miles low: that's what each offer gets judged against.

Hear the verdict
When an offer shows up, Swervo reads it and speaks a short verdict with the reason. When it can't see enough, it says “your call” instead of guessing.

The offers you took become numbered stops on Swervo's own map: each pickup before its drop-off. After the shift, review the calls and tell it where it was wrong.

The driving view
A map with only your stops on it.
When you have orders in the car, Swervo puts the stops in order: each pickup before its drop-off, and where you're headed last. They show as numbered pins on Swervo's own map. No ads, no promoted places, nothing you didn't ask for.

Turn by turn
Swervo can also give you the turns out loud, one stop at a time. The verdict on a new offer speaks first; the next turn waits. When you arrive, it waits for you to say so: it never marks anything picked up or delivered.
Directions are in testing with a small group of drivers.
Swervo has no live traffic. For traffic and closures, open your maps app. Follow road signs and the law over any spoken direction. Need to tap? Park first.

Quest
Chasing a bonus? Tell Swervo.
When your delivery app offers a bonus for a number of deliveries by a deadline, type it in: how many are left, how much, and when it ends. Swervo counts each delivery's share of that bonus when it judges an offer, so an offer it would have skipped can become a take “for the quest”.
- Only what you type. It never reads a bonus off your screen or guesses one.
- It tells you when it's out of reach. If the orders left can't fit before the deadline, it says so and judges the offer on its own pay.
- It never taps for a bonus. A take that exists only because of the quest is spoken, never tapped for you. And a quest never makes it skip anything.
Swervo doesn't verify bonuses with any delivery platform and can't promise you'll earn one. Bonus terms are set by your delivery app.

After the shift
Thumbs up. Thumbs down. It listens.
After you stop a shift, Swervo shows each offer and what it said. Give it a thumbs up or down. On a thumbs down, say why: wrong call, read it wrong, or bad timing. Your thumbs are how its calls get checked and tuned.
Reviews stay on your phone unless you've chosen to share shift data with the developer in Settings.
Safety
Built so you don't have to touch it.
Swervo doesn't make using a phone while driving safe or legal. You are the driver. What it does is keep its own demands on you small.
Spoken first
Verdicts and turns are spoken. Listen; don't read. The map is there for a glance, the way a mirror is.
Less on screen while moving
Above 5 mph the Home screen shows only the next step, with nothing to tap. “Next stop” works only when you're stopped.
Set up before you move
Mount the phone where it doesn't block your view. Choose your mode and destination while parked. If something needs fixing, pull over.
Holding or handling a phone while driving is illegal in most US states. Read the full Safe-Driving Notice; the app shows it before it asks for any permission.

FAQ
Questions drivers ask.
Will I get deactivated?
Nobody can promise you won't. Delivery platforms' terms prohibit automation, and they can deactivate accounts. Observe and the Play edition only read and speak; they never tap. Move above Observe only if you've read the risk warning in the app and accept it.
Is it safe to use while driving?
Swervo doesn't make phone use while driving safe or legal. It is built so you don't need to touch it: verdicts are spoken, and the app tells you to tap only when you're stopped. Follow your state's hands-free law. See the Safe-Driving Notice.
Does it read my screen? What does it see?
Yes, that's how it works. It uses Android's accessibility service to read the offer in the delivery apps it supports, and its own screens. The service is limited to those delivery apps; it can't read your messages or any other app. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what is read.
Where does my data go?
Swervo is built so your data stays on your phone. There are no accounts and no ads. A few things do leave the phone, such as address lookups and map downloads for the area a map shows, and the Privacy Policy lists each of them. In the direct-download edition you can choose to share shift data with the developer; it is off until you turn it on.
What does the map send anywhere?
The map pictures come from OpenFreeMap, which sees the area of the map you're looking at and your IP address, like any map server. Your stops aren't sent to it.
Does Swervo replace my maps app?
No. Swervo shows your stops in order on its own map and hands them to your maps app in one tap. Spoken directions are in testing with a small group of drivers. Swervo has no live traffic, so keep your maps app for that.
Will Quest get me the bonus?
It can't promise that. It counts the bonus you typed in when judging offers and tells you when the quest is out of reach. The bonus itself is between you and your delivery app.
Does it tap Accept to finish a quest?
No. A take that exists only because of the quest is spoken, never tapped.
What's a Test Shift?
A normal shift with Observe on. Afterwards you see the offers it saw, the verdict it gave for each, and the reason. It's how you decide whether to trust it.
What if it's wrong?
Do what you think is right; the decision is yours. After the shift, give that call a thumbs down and say why. If you disagree with it often, stay on Observe.
Does it work with my delivery app?
The delivery apps it can read are listed in the Privacy Policy. If an app changes its screen layout, Swervo says “your call” instead of guessing until an update catches up.
iPhone?
Android only, version 9 or newer. iOS doesn't let one app read another app's screen.
Will it make me more money?
We don't promise that. Swervo tells you what it would take and skip, and why. Your Test Shift review shows you its calls before you pay for anything.
Can I cancel? Refunds?
Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Full refund within 14 days of a first charge, once per customer. Cancelling drops the app to Observe; nothing you set up is lost.
How do I delete my data?
Most of it is only on your phone, and you can delete it there. Steps are on the data deletion page.
